Herb crusted flank steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, mashed potatoes, and garlic green beans

Roasted chicken breast with lemon & chive pan sauce, served on quinoa with roasted brussels sprouts and carrots

Sesame and garlic marinated pork stir fry

Roasted tempeh with lemon & chive sauce, quinoa, brussels sprouts and carrots
