If you're within the highlighted delivery zones, your food will arrive at your front door in a branded, brown paper bag. Your food will not be insulated at time of arrival so we recommend that you leave a cooler out in plain sight for our courier companies.
If you're located outside of the highlighted delivery zones, your food will arrive via FedEx at your front door in a styrofoam insulated box that will keep your food cold for 4-6 hours.
We use three courier companies at Sauté, two of which are local and FedEx for long-distance deliveries.
Your Sauté gift card will come with a code that can be applied during checkout under the Coupon/Gift Card field. Simply enter that code and your Shopping Cart balance will update.
Gift cards can be used for multiple purchases and the balance will update accordingly.
Note: Gift cards can't be applied to subscription products due to a limitation with our website. They can only be applied to products that allow one-time purchases. If you wish to purchase a subscription item for someone, you do have an option:
Creative Workaround - Purchase a subscription as you would for yourself, but enter the gift recipients address under Shipping Details during checkout. This will allow you to pay for a gift without the recipients' involvement. If you create an account during checkout, use a password that you can share with the recipient so that they can make changes to their dietary and delivery preferences.
After you have ordered your gift card online, you will automatically receive a code via email within a few minutes. If you wish to have something to print, you can download a certificate below or pick one up at our kitchen in the afternoons on Mondays and Thursdays!
