Marinated flank steak with cucumber yogurt sauce, brown rice, and green beans

Vegetable, chickpea, and potato stew

Roasted tempeh with romesco sauce, quinoa, cauliflower, and herbed carrots

Marinated tofu with cucumber yogurt sauce, brown rice, and green beans

Monday
Turmeric roasted cauliflower soup with a toasted chicken salad sandwich 

Tuesday
Chicken, vegetable, and potato stew

Wednesday
Flaked salmon on a nicoise salad

Thursday
Shrimp and broccoli stir fry

Friday
Ginger marinated beef on a crunchy asian salad
