Jerk chicken breast with coconut & bean rice, green beans, and mango salsa

Jerk marinated tofu with coconut & bean rice, green beans, and mango salsa

Eggplant meatballs with herbed tomato sauce, on brown rice pilaf with roasted carrots & parsnips

Jerk marinated shrimp on a corn and bean salad

BBQ chicken taco bowl with fresh tomato salsa
