Challenge yourself to treat your body well through proper nutrition for 28 days with Sauté. You will receive meals designed for your personal goals, whether that is to burn fat, gain muscle, or maintain your current physique. 

The most efficient way to lose fat or gain weight is through diet, but it isn't easy to shop for groceries, meal prep, and clean up every night of the week. That's where Sauté can help you. 

With this challenge we encourage you to do the following for 28 days:

  1. Use Sauté as your primary source of meals and supplement with healthy snacks when you need to
  2. Exercise twice a week
  3. Sign up with to the challenge with an accountability partner, or get someone to keep you accountable
  4. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day
  5. Reduce or remove alcohol and added sugars from your diet

If you're not 100% satisfied with a meal throughout the 28 days, we will happily replace or refund it for you.

  • Deliveries arrive weekly on Mondays
