Why are we doing this?

  • It started when our Founder started sharing his 20-minute at-home workouts with his family to make it easier for them take control of their physical health. 
  • We all make excuses for not being in shape - too busy, too tired, too lazy... The hardest part is getting started and that's why we made this high-intensity program to get your butt in gear!
