Food Philosophy at Sauté

Our philosophy at Sauté is to cook healthy food that tastes great while cutting out unnecessary salts and sugars, and using quality ingredients from suppliers we know and trust. We use local products as much as possible and we're environmentally conscious when using organic ingredients. All of the items below are prepared in the north end of Halifax, Nova Scotia by a team of talented cooks, lead by our Head Chef Allison Fenton.
