It started when our Founder, Will shared his 20-minute at-home Tabata workouts with his family to make it easier for them to get fit at home. As a busy entrepreneur interested in being active daily, quick workouts that are also high intensity were a perfect fit for his lifestyle. After seeing success with the simple 20 second on, 10 second off Tabata formula, he decided to make workout videos that he could send home.
Sauté has since partnerned up with Kayla Davis, an award-winning gymast and personal trainer to bring the same workouts to people looking to get in better shape across North America.
We have designed a fitness program that consists of four intense weeks of daily workouts and healthy living. There are three tiers in the program, allowing people of all ages to participate, each of which contain five daily task with varying degrees of difficulty.
So why challenges? Our program creates a positive community that provides four key elements to achieving goals: 1. Peer Support, 2. Social Pressure, 3. Accountability, and 4. Leadership.

How will I receive my workout program?
We send all FitTest participants a PDF copy of the daily planner and access to the KDavis Fitness App.
What is Tabata?
Tabata is a simple workout format of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 second of rest, repeated for a varying number of sets and cycles.
Do I need workout equipment for the exercises?
No you do not, all of the Tabata exercises are body-weight only.
Do you offer guarantees?
We cannot provide any guarantees of weight loss or weight gain.
What if I already have a gym membership?
The FitTest is a great supplement to an existing workout routine.
